Yes. Our fragrances are Made Safe Certified, gentle, and safe for all skin types. As everyone’s skin responds uniquely, we advise patch testing inside the elbow and reviewing all listed ingredients before use.
For the freshest, most vibrant scent, we recommend using your fragrance within 24 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Absolutely. ESAS products are never tested on animals, and all our suppliers follow cruelty-free practices.
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Most deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Please note that sample kits, including the Discovery Core Kit, Limited Edition Bundle and Men’s Collection, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Esas.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
To redeem your Discovery Kit Gift Card, simply enter the gift card code you received via SMS and/or email at checkout when purchasing your Discovery Kit. Once redeemed, the value of the kit can typically be applied toward your next purchase of $200 or more.
