What skin types are ESAS products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for all skin types and have been tested to be non-irritating. Please visit the product page for more information!

When will my product expire?

It’s recommended to use our products within six months of opening for best quality! If unopened - they can be used up to two years after purchase.

Are you cruelty free?

We are committed to providing you cruelty-free, sustainable and vegetarian products. We hold the same expectations with our vendors and suppliers to ensure they do the same too. We love our animals and know you do too!

SHIPPING
When can I expect to receive my ESAS package?

Order processing will be done within 1-2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day) and we will send you tracking information from our carrier. Standard shipping will be 3-7 business days and rush shipping will be in 1-2 business days.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@esasnyc.com.

How can I track my order?

Are there limits shipping Kolonya in the US?

Since fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Alas, fragrance products and samples cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods.

What’s your return policy?

Our goal is to help you find products that are a perfect fit for you. Please reach out to hello@esasnyc.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll send you the return slip.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
